Study Information

Summary / Purpose

To collect high-quality data on patients with retroperitoneal sarcoma who undergo surgery, in order to better understand outcomes and improve future treatment strategies.

Study Type: Observational
Accepts Healthy Volunteers: No

Who Can Participate

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Adults 18+ years of age
  • Diagnosed with primary retroperitoneal sarcoma (RPS)
  • Must be planning to undergo surgery at a participating reference center
  • Willing to have clinical data, imaging, and pathology samples collected

What's Involved

Participation in the study will include:
  • Surgery for retroperitoneal sarcoma at a specialized center as part of standard care
  • Collection of clinical data, imaging, and pathology samples
  • Long-term follow-up to track survival, recurrence, and metastasis
  • No medications, treatments, or questionnaires are given as part of this study
