Study Information

Summary / Purpose

To understand heart health in people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread and who are receiving standard HER2-targeted therapy. Some cancer treatments can affect the heart, and this study is observing heart function over time and collecting health information to help doctors learn what factors might increase the risk of heart problems during treatment. The goal of the study is to improve future care and help manage heart health for patients receiving these therapies.

Who Can Participate

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Adults 18+ years of age
  • Diagnosed with early stage (stage I-III) hormone receptor-positive breast cancer
  • Completed surgery and standard therapy and are suitable for hormone therapy

Participation in the study will include:
  • Observation for up to 108 weeks
  • Providing health information
