A Phase 3, Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Study of Levosimendan in Pulmonary Hypertension Patients with Heart Failure with Left Ventricular Ejection fraction

Short Title: LEVEL-2: LEVosimendan to Improve Exercise Limitation in Patients With PH-HFpEF-2

Enrollment Status: Recruiting

NCT #: NCT07288398

Specialty Area: Pulmonology

Condition Studied: Pulmonary Hypertension with Heart Failure

Age Groups: Adult; Older Adult

Phase: III

Study Information

Summary / Purpose

To evaluate the efficacy of levosimendan (TNX-103) compared with placebo in patients with pulmonary hypertension with heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction (PH-HFpEF) as measured by the change in 6-Minute Walk Distance (6-MWD) (Day 1 to Week 26).

ER Wait Times

How are wait times calculated?

Our estimated ER wait times reflect the average time from check-in to being seen by a medical professional during triage, where patients are prioritized based on the severity of their condition.
