The provider bedside manner left a lot of room for improvement. She had her mind set on my outcome before I was even examined. She was aware of the pain areas and was not gentle at all during the examination that it brought me to tears in pain by nausea right after. When she recommended otc meds and I asked for suggestions due to my medical history her reply was I have none to recommend? It’s allergy and decongestant meds how can you not know what to suggest to a patient as a medical provider. I felt she was not thorough and was just adamant about me getting a primary care provider and seemed to be more Focused on that issue rather than my symptoms and I had to name all the past providers I had with renown to justify that I do follow the process and get an assigned primary care but I just got the letter my current one was leaving Renown. Even after I mentioned I had nose polyps that were bleeding on the inside lining she didn’t even look inside or my eye after I mentioned they are sore and tender. I recommend she gains some empathy and exercises it with the patients she sees.
