Mr. Seaton specializes in creating and implementing strategic supply chain plans aligned with strategic objectives. A proponent of LEAN methodology, he excels at integrating system-wide policies to improve quality, efficiency, and financial integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Known for his collaborative approach, Mr. Seaton has built bridges between clinical and operational teams, ensuring strategic alignment and continuity of care. He is adept at fostering relationships with suppliers and service providers and is recognized for his transparent communication with both internal leadership and external partners.
