Today, Renown Health announced Paige McCall, MHA, as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Golisano Children's Hospital at Renown Health, effective Sept. 28. In this expanded leadership role, Paige will lead the strategy, development, and operations of pediatric and women’s maternal and gynecology services across Renown Health, advancing access to high-quality, specialized care for children, women and families throughout northern Nevada and the region.

Additionally, it prioritizes training and recruiting the best talent to our community through our academic integration with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine.”
Paige brings nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience spanning hospital operations, clinical service line development, strategic growth, physician partnerships and program development. She has served as Renown Health’s Vice President of Women’s & Children’s Service Lines since 2023, leading the strategic development and operations of services including pediatrics, neonatal and pediatric intensive care, pediatric emergency and trauma services, maternal services, gynecology, and hospital-operated clinics.

As CEO, Paige will be responsible for the long-term strategy and operations of Golisano Children’s Hospital and Renown’s women’s services. Her leadership will encompass clinical quality and safety, access, family experience, workforce development, growth, financial performance, academic and physician partnerships, community health and philanthropy. She will also lead planning and operational readiness as Renown continues to develop and expand pediatric and women’s maternal programs to meet the region’s growing healthcare needs.

Before joining Renown, Paige held executive leadership positions with MultiCare Health System and Dignity Health, where she led complex clinical service lines, strategic growth initiatives and healthcare business development across the large regional health systems. Her experience includes developing maternal-fetal medicine programs, pediatric ambulatory and inpatient hospitalist programs, complex surgical services, advancing physician recruitment strategies, planning new healthcare facilities and sites of service, and building partnerships that bring specialized care closer to the communities that need it.
Paige earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Arizona, graduating with honors, and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Sacramento. She is active in the community, serving on the STEP2 Board, supporting Nevada Women’s Fund as a Community Associate and serves as a member of the Renown Health Foundation Women’s & Children’s Workgroup.
Renown Health has northern Nevada’s only dedicated children’s hospital, pediatric trauma center, ER and most advanced Level III NICU.
