Study Information

Summary / Purpose

To create a large-scale clinicogenomics dataset to identify molecular and/or genetic factors that could improve the diagnosis or medical treatment of invidual participants.

Who Can Participate

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Adults 18+ years of age
  • No history of allogenic bone marrow transplant
  • No history of allogenic stem cell transplant

What's Involved

Participation in the study will include:
  • Providing a genetic sample to complete exome sequencing
  • Receive screening results for the following conditions: Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) – increases risk for heart disease; Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer Syndrome (HBOC) – increases risk of certain cancers including breast, ovarian, prostate and pancreatic cancers; Lynch Syndrome (LS) – raises the risk for colon, endometrial and other cancers
