Study Information

Summary / Purpose

This study is evaluating a new treatment option for patients with mantle cell lymphoma, a type of blood cancer that has returned or has not responded to previous therapies. The goal is to see how well the treatment works compared to current standard options.

Who Can Participate

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Adults 18+ years of age
  • Confirmed diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or did not respond to prior treatment
  • Previously received at least one line of systemic therapy and still have measurable disease that can be evaluated on scans.
  • Have adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function, as shown by blood tests.
  • Must be well enough overall to carry out daily activities with limited restriction.

What's Involved

Participation in the study will include:
  • Receiving the investigational treatment for mantle cell lymphoma through regular intravenous (IV) infusions on a scheduled cycle.
  • Regular clinic visits for safety checks, which may include physical exams, blood tests, and heart monitoring (such as ECGs).
  • Imaging scans will also be done periodically to see how the cancer is responding to the treatment.
