Dr. Jacobs was extremely professional, showed genuine care for my daughter, and exceeded my expectations of care. He answered all our questions and set us at ease and would be someone we would be happy to have an appointment with again.

Me hubiera gustado que me hubieran dado más información sobre mi embarazo, porque tuve un estrés en mi dedo y no pude ver bien a mi bebé. Y tampoco me dijeron si el peso estaba bien ni nada más. Solo me chequearon el corazoncito del bebé, pero ahí el estrés en mi dedo no me stop. Porque aparte de que estaba borrosa, las fotografías no... No puedo ver bien a mi bebé si está bajo un saludo o algo así.

My first reply to did I get an appointment scheduled when I wanted to, I hit one instead of four. The answer should have been four. I was very happy with the appointment scheduling and communication prior to the appointment was good. And I was seen on time, I didn't have to wait, and I didn't wait long in the office either. So thank you so much for that.
