Dr. Nguyen graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Biomedical Engineering and Mathematics. He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society in his medical school. Dr. Nguyen did basic science research during his general surgery residency and published peer-reviewed articles. He completed Vascular Surgery fellowship at Stanford hospital. He scored 99th percentile on his surgery written board exam.
