I’m new to Renown from the moment I made my first phone call to schedule and get established I was impressed. The woman that scheduled my appointment listen to exactly what I was looking for. She was able to match me with a female provider in South Reno location. On top that was able to get me in on a same day appointment I didn’t expect that but what a blessing. I wish I wrote down her name since she exceeded my expectations and made a great impression of Renown. I was greeted with great care during my check in process from the receptionist who checked me. What I loved the most is that they walked me through it. I didn’t catch her name either. Nichols was the MA and he did a fantastic job. Even going to get my labs done at McCabe was great. The Renown Auxiliary staff made a lasting great impression. It’s the little positive interactions that make the difference.
