I have had nothing but terrific experiences with Renown providers during my cancer journey. It seems like all needs can be met; Renown has specialists in all disciplines. Dr. Ray was no exception. She listened to my concerns and descriptions and addressed my specific requests without delay. I plan to be seen by her again next year.
This was my first time seeing this Provider. I was greeted soon as I approached the waiting room. The MA was very thorough, and helped to make my experience pleasant. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I was comfortable and confident with Dr. Ray, and I did not feel rushed. Dr. Ray took the time to get to know ME, which is a big plus!
