Yes, the medical provider is amazing, seems to listen and understand very well. However, much to be desired about checking in, reception, just clear, acknowledging patients. Maybe a check-in line, a sign-in, some kind of organization would be amazing. I know that they see other practices or are in the same office, but there's really no clear check-in procedure. You tend to wait and not get acknowledged and makes you look like you're late, but you've been there for quite some time. You have to butt in and kindly ask if you can be checked in. So maybe they could have someone work with that. Actually, I think they need help. There's usually only one person in a room full of people.
