Sarah Herbert, my PA, always listens carefully. When I leave, every time, I feel that I’ve been heard and not rushed through the appointment. I have full confidence in her.

It was my first time with new insurance for 2026. I need to do follow up care from Dr’s I saw in 2025 with previous insurance so I needed referrals with the new insurance. Sarah Herbert listened with care and asked me a lot of questions to help better understand why I needed the referrals. I felt like she cared and provided the referrals . She seems like a knowledgeable and caring nurse practitioner.
