Sara Thompson APRN-FA is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology at Renown. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and then her Bachelor of Science in Nursing shortly after that. She completed her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Samuel Merritt University. She has been in Reno for 18 years and has worked as an ICU RN for ten years. She joined the Urology group in September 2023 with excitement to focus on patients with urologic conditions, providing them with compassionate care and improving their quality of life. Sara enjoys new adventures with her husband, going on hikes, skiing, and doing yoga.
