Good experience, painless and quick
Krystal was excellent listener.
I had a much better experience with my provider this time, she was very involved with me and very helpful. I have had her as my provider for about 10 years now. That's why I didn't choose to find a new provider.. we worked out our misunderstanding. ?
I first came into this clinic on a work related problem: and realized I could be treated with courtesy. I switched to the Renown system and Hometown insurance because I was very pleased with the info and care I have received.
Krystal Dorman was absolutely wonderful. She listened very carefully. She was able to guide me in the right direction to a neurologist. She was great!
