This was the 1st time I had met Dr Jones. She knew my medical history, she knew why I was there and what was needed. She talked openly & freely with myself and my 2 daughters of the need and why treatment was necessary. She invited questions, she was professional and most importantly to me, she had the conversation looking at me & my daughters. She didn’t have to use the computer to look up my history. I saw her, not her reading from a computer screen.
Dr. Jones was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and a very knowledgeable surgeon. I was very comfortable during our session.
