Unfortunately I don’t recall the gal’s name nor her official title, but the gal that brought me back to the exam room and went over my new patient form and history was an absolute GEM! She was kind, compassionate, professional and supportive as I was more than apprehensive and anxious about my appointment. She immediately put me at ease and told me what to expect and made the experience 1,000 times better than the best I hoped for. And Dr Chang was also very kind and professional. He took the time to look at me as I answered his questions and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and any associated risks and possible outcomes. He was very reassuring and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I thought that Dr. Chang was excellent and I also would like to praise his assistant, the young woman who saw me first. I thought that she was excellent also. So I was very pleased with everything. Thank you.

I love how everybody is friendly and courteous and service is well done and performed. I just love seeing everybody's smiling facelights when I go there.

He was amazing! He was much more thorough than the NP's that I have had previous exams there with. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me a lot of information. He was awesome!
