It was amazing to see a whole team dedicating to the process for my child’s lab work to be completed. Tiffany and Kathleen did a great job explaining the process and also including him in it. The Supervisor of Child Services Amanda was amazing with distracting and also providing Tiffany and Kathleen with guidance. It has been the first time my child actually engaged in the process and let them without fighting back to his blood draw.
