There were no hooks for clothes, jackets or bags in the room. There were no gel warmers and the speculum was freezing, there was no music to drown out other conversations outside the exam room and the gown was very small and I am not a large person. Other practices are much more comfortable but Dr. Hoffman os AMAZING.
Dr.hoffmen is the best female doctor I have ever received
Dr Hoffman was kind, clear and took my concerns seriously. She made what can be an awkward visit, a comfortable one. I am so happy I found her as a Doctor!
She was fantastic
Erica at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The other 2 (older women - one seating and the other standing) just continued talking and ignored me until Erica saw me around the blocked corner and greeted me and checked me in. Erica was the reason I gave the greeting a “5”. The other women rated a “0”. Kim and the MD were fantastic. Friendly and more importantly, courteous, compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable.
