The orthopedic office is always well kept, the staff are always polite, and the providers are knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about each interaction. The only down side with the visit has nothing to do with the visit itself, but with a seemingly homeless elderly woman that got extremely angry and started yelling “I’m just going to give up” when she realized the elevators were at the end of the hall. I don’t know her situation, but I am sure if she didn’t make the situation seem unsafe by yelling like that, the renown employee behind her would have asked if she needed assistance. However, with how she was acting I wanted to make sure my daughter and the renown employee weren’t in danger before exiting the premises. In the end, that was the only downside to the visit and I hope that woman made it to where she was going safely.
