Purpose:
This position performs, facilitates and provides assistance to programs within the cancer support services. The position supports the navigation team with multidisciplinary team initiatives to include, but not limited to, Survivorship, Distress Screening Tool, Oncology Navigation, Support Groups, Community Outreach and Integrative Medicine. This position requires collaboration with interdepartmental teams and leadership. The role is a part of a team that monitors compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies.
Nature and Scope
This position assists the navigation team by performing nonclinical administrative tasks and organizational tracking for delivery/population of the survivorship care plan, the distress screening tool, quality improvements, quality studies, data analytics and metrics.The foregoing description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and efforts or work conditions associated with the job. Minimum Qualifications

Education: | Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform job duties safely and effectively. A bachelor's degree in a related area of healthcare is preferred, or equivalent work experience. |

Certification(s): | Healthcare related certifications are preferred. |
Computer / Typing: | Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc. |
