What We Stand For
Renown Health is Nevada’s largest, not-for-profit integrated healthcare network serving Nevada, Lake Tahoe and northeast California. With a diverse workforce of more than 8,000 employees, Renown has fostered a longstanding culture of excellence, determination and innovation. Our organization is comprised of a trauma center, two acute care hospitals, a children’s hospital, a rehabilitation hospital, a medical group and urgent care network, and the locally owned not-for-profit insurance company, Hometown Health.

Updating our organization's mission, vision and values statements created the foundation of Renown's new strategy that reflect Renown's aspirations for our community, and the commitment of our compassionate employees.

Nevada’s First Integrated Academic Health System
Renown Health is proud to partner with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine to form Nevada’s first integrated academic health system. This innovative affiliation strengthens our shared commitment to advancing healthcare across the state by expanding clinical care, medical education, clinical research and access to evidence-based care.
