What You’ll Learn:

Estate Planning Basics – An experienced attorney will guide you through common questions related to estate planning, such as:

• What is an estate plan and why do you need one?
• Wills vs. trusts—what’s the difference?
• What happens if you die without a will or trust?
• Smart ways to include charitable giving in your plan.
• What resources are available in the community to help me create my plan?

You will also receive a free estate planning guide to help you get organized and ready to begin drafting or revising your estate plan. No legal advice is given as part of this presentation.

Advance Health Care Planning – Our experts will guide you through completing an advance health care directive form. We’ll provide all paperwork, assist with completion, and offer notarization. You can even have your advance health care directive uploaded to your Renown medical record and/or sent to the Nevada Will Lockbox for registration.

What to Bring:

Names, addresses, and phone numbers of those you want to appoint as agents on your advance health care directive, plus a photo ID for notarization.
