Three-day medical education conference advances research, education, prevention and treatment. Physicians and medical professionals from across the country will convene in Lake Tahoe from Friday, Nov. 4 to Sunday, Nov. 6 to explore the most recent advances and established guidelines for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, stroke and diseases or problems associated with heart disease.
