This class is designed to help primary caregivers of infants and toddlers prepare for emergencies and create a safer environment at home. Whether you’re a new or expecting parent or a main caregiver, this class provides essential safety skills and information to help you care for young children with confidence.
What You’ll Learn:
- Car seat safety basics
- Safe sleep practices
- How to childproof your home
- Basic first aid
- Infant & Child CPR and how to respond to choking
This class includes the American Heart Association’s Family & Friends course on Infant and Child CPR & Choking.
Note: This is an educational class and does not provide CPR certification.
