Join us Thursday afternoons for a compassionate, uplifting space designed to support you through treatment and recovery

2:15pm – Virtual Chair-Based Strength Group
Gentle, accessible movement to help maintain strength and mobility.
3pm – Wellness Education with Dr. Madeline Hardcre
Interactive discusssion and guided workbook activities to support your overall well-being.
4pm – Nutrition Support with Dietitian Jessica Blauenstein, RD
Practical tips and guidance to help you nourish your body during treatment.

Participants receive a workout log, calendar and wellness workbook.

this group is open to all head and neck cancer patients – from diagnosis, throughout treatment and for up to three months after.
