Our team works compassionately with patients and their families to ensure a safe recovery and return to the community. Renown Rehabilitation Hospital, owned and operated by Renown South Meadows Medical Center, is the region’s only hospital with certification by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is conveniently located one block east from Renown Regional Medical Center. We are certified for:

Thanks to our team of specialists, our patient outcomes exceed national benchmarks. This means our patients have shorter hospital stays and leave with a higher level of functionality and independence.

Helping Patients Achieve Independence 

Renown Rehabilitation Hospital provides 24-hour nursing care with nurse/therapist-to-patient ratios that are unmatched in the region. Case managers are assigned to assist in determining the best plan of care from admission to discharge. Patients receive a minimum of three hours of therapy every day, and a minimum of 15 hours per week, based on their functional abilities. We offer intensive therapy services to guide patients to higher function, independence and wellness.
