Rebecca makes you feel heard, even about stuff that isn’t your condition. She helped coach me through some frustrations in getting my medication which I haven’t experienced before.

My first and only (so far) appointment I was met with a very friendly and supportive staff. I’m positive this will be the norm in the future. I rate this interaction a 10+

She is very patient and understanding.

Ms. Baldridge skillfully and with great patience addressed my [ ] and flawlessly managed emotional issues that can be expected with such symptoms (considering family issues as well. She evaluated the “whole patient” (family participation in mind) and not just a complaint. She offered multiple potential [ ] and [ ] if necessary. I never felt rushed, pressured, or disrespected in any way. She skillfully streamlined to family concerns without making me feel “left out” and seamlessly switched the focus back to me after. In 3 meetings my [ ] has been reduced by 85-90% without use of [ ] (which I don’t like taking). We have our choice of medial institutions and have now focused our care back to Renown after experiencing her skill knowing you obviously choose staff wisely. She is an absolute credit to your hospital and future goals. [ ]

She was more thorough and spent more time with me than any provider ever has. She is incredible.
