Rich, dark and super chocolaty, these sweet potato brownies are perfect for those following a paleo, vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free lifestyle.
Healthy Flourless Sweet Potato Brownies

Ingredientes
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup smooth nut butter almond or cashew butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs optional
Instrucciones
- Precaliente el horno a 350 grados.
- On the stove, melt nut butter with maple syrup.
- In a large bowl, add mashed sweet potatoes, melted nut butter, maple syrup and cocoa powder and mix well.
- If using cacao nibs, add to mixture.
- Pour mixture into greased pan or mold and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from the mold or pan.
