Registration is required for this event as space is limited. Join us for a farm tour, tasting, and a discussion about the health benefits of starting your own garden. You will also have the opportunity to bring home your own starter plant. Notes: Be prepared to spend some time outdoors. Bring a hat, sunscreen, and wear closed-toed shoes. Snacks and water will be provided. Parking: Across from the farm on the corner of Gould St. and E. 2nd St. The support group is open to everyone looking for more information on heart health.

Meet and get to know the Cardiovascular Quality Team from the Renown Institute for Heart & Vascular Health on the second Tuesday of every month from 2-3 p.m. This group is open to all cardiovascular patients and their families. Learn about managing and living with cardiovascular issues in a supportive group environment. Virtual attendees will receive instructions on how to join the meeting the day before the event.
